Our one bedroom units in Griffith provide 40-50sqm of comfortable living space. There are 3 different layouts but all have the same inclusions. The properties are cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to double brick construction and air conditioners. Each property has a furnished outdoor area. We are sure you will have everything you need here to be comfortable with king beds (or 2 singles), a study nook with wireless internet, fully equipped laundries and kitchens, so you can make yourself at home. Complimentary under cover or ‘off street’ car parking is included with each property.
We’re really not sure we should be calling these “budget” style accommodation anymore as the internal renovations have brought them close to executive level. However, McMillan Gardens is a quaint 1960’s development, so on the outside they definitely look budget. Located on McMillan Crescent in Griffith ACT, just a 7 minute drive to the CBD, 10 minutes to Woden and 20 minutes to Tuggeranong and Belconnen.
